POPULUS ROMANUS II: BRITANNIA is the latest addition to the series, offering players a turn-based strategy war game experience set in ancient Rome. In this installment, players take command of Roman legions to combat British tribes and secure the conquest of Britannia. The game features 8 scenarios (1 available in the free version) of different sizes and difficulties, ranging from initial clashes in southern Britannia to the conquest of contemporary Wales and North England. Players can enjoy single-player and local multiplayer modes (no online multiplayer support) in a hex and counter gameplay style reminiscent of classic tabletop TBS board games. The game allows players to strategize their moves with no time constraints, ensuring a thoughtful planning process.

Offering an autosave function, POPULUS ROMANUS II: BRITANNIA automatically saves progress at the end of each turn or when switching away from the game, eliminating the risk of losing game data.
